Kamihate is a member of the Order, a group consisting of the strongest assassins in the JAA. He is recognized as the greatest sniper in JAA history.

Kamihate's appearance is mostly unknown, although he seems to be of relatively average build and stature (roughly the same size as Heisuke Mashimo). Due to his aversion to being seen, when outside for assassin work, Kamihate wears a dark, fluttering cloak over his entire body, its hood keeping his face hidden. His pants are a black, baggy pair.
